Working together, we can expand commitment and advocacy for team-focused culture, one organization at a time.
Individual Membership
Individual membership includes a Build a Duck Kit, a subscription to our quarterly on-line newsletter, invitations to two Redesigning Work Leadership Forums to share best-practices and lessons learned from our research and team-building experiences and the opportunity (your choice) to be listed with your e-mail address on our Individual Partner roster.
Investment per year for individual membership: $25
Organizational Team Membership – Recommended
Our experience has demonstrated that three-person teams create a stable nucleus for organizational change. We strongly encourage you to engage the support of at least two other members of your organization, and begin this journey together. You will find that three heads are better than one. You can encourage and support each other when organizational resistance to cultural change feels overwhelming. And, working together, you will have a lot more fun.
Organizational Team Membership includes all of the benefits listed above for up to three named individuals from your organization plus two hours of consulting/coaching services to make recommendations on how your organization can build your team-focused culture. Organizational Team Members can elect to be listed on our Organizational Team Page with a link to your corporate web site.
Investment per year for Organizational Team membership: $250
